Golden Child Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for choosing to shop with Golden Child, baby.
Order Processing
All orders placed before 12 pm will be processed on the same day, Monday to Friday, and orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be processed the following business day.
Please note that dispatch times are subject to change, and you may experience slightly longer timelines during peak trade or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping options to our customers, including standard and express options via Australia Post.
Standard Delivery: We have a flat shipping rate of $10 for standard shipping (excluding baby loungers) or free shipping on all orders + $99.
Express shipping (2-5 days): Available for a flat rate of $15 at check out (excluding baby loungers) across Australia. Australia Post continues to prioritise express deliveries but has removed the Express Post guarantee for the moment.
Due to their size, our Baby Loungers are sent via registered post at a cost of $15 Australia-wide. If you are interested in purchasing a Golden Child Baby Lounger and sending it overseas, please contact us at hello@goldenchildthestore.com.au
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details. You can check the progress of your order by following the prompts in your confirmation email. Haven’t received an email after 48 hours? Be sure to check your junk if you don’t see your email in your inbox.

New Zealand Shipping
- We now offer shipping to New Zealand (woohoo)
- A $15* AUD flat rate applies to orders to New Zealand (Excluding baby loungers)
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship baby loungers to New Zealand, but we are working on it!
- Orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking via your dispatch confirmation email.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges that are the responsibility of the customer.
International Taxes & Customs
Please note that Golden Child cannot provide refunds for shipments that are refused due to the imposition of additional customs and tax charges. If these charges are not paid, the order will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for covering the return expenses. Please be aware that any customs charges paid to receive your order will not be refunded if the order is returned Timeframes.

Please note that our dispatch and shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak times, natural disasters, or carrier delivery issues.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
- Enter an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causes your order to be sent back to us.
