Golden Child Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns

We happily offer returns and have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is unsuitable for use or you have simply changed your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

 

Conditions of returns:

  • Returned items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Returned items must be unwashed, unused, and with all original tags/labels attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

  • All returns require an email to be sent to hello@goldenchildthestore.com.au notifying us of the return and the reason for returning.

  • All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer (excl. damaged items or shipping error).

  • Golden Child will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and delivery issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Due to our high stock turnover, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damaged & Faulty Goods 

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via hello@goldenchildthestore.com.au with all faults and supporting digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Golden Child does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear and reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the products.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered either a replacement item or a refund/gift card.
